I am streaming my consciousness

Magpie tagged me to tell you what I am.

I am amazed by my children.
I am annoyed by my children.
I am not a superhero, but sometimes I feel like one.
I am a better editor than writer.
I am an optimist.
I am nearsighted, but going farsighted too.
I am healthy.
I am too busy all the time.
I am always sleepy.
I am happy to be alone.
I am not afraid of mice, but I don't love winter, snow and ice.
I am also not afraid of bugs, as long as they keep their distance.
I am responsible.
I am often naive; I assume people have good intentions.
I am 5'2" with eyes of blue.
I am going to BlogHer.
I am tagging: you.

Really? 5'2? Because I thought you were taller than me.

I am 5, 2, and "three quarters." :P

I am just a tad shorter than you! Too bad I am not going to BlogHer as I'd be able to find you...a fellow shortie in the crowd.

And my kids both amaze and annoy me quite often!

Too bad I am not going to BlogHer. We'd make quite a pair. I am 5'10" with eyes of green.

I am happy that you played! I am blue-eyed and I am taller than you are!

Like Kari, I remember you being taller. Or at least that's how my mind's eye sees you.

I wish I was going to BlogHer this year, but no dice. :-(

Cute meme! Am I the only one that has no idea what BlogHer is? I obviously am not going. ;)

I think being all the tired is like a rite of passage to motherhood. You can't join the club unless you commit and pay your dues!

Considering how well I know you, I think the naivete is what surprises (and pleases) me most. Surprised because of how much time you've spent in cutthroat positions in a cutthroat city. Pleased because I don't think it's naivete but faith in the innate goodness of people.

I am 5'2 with eyes of brown. I sort of wish I was going to blogher (I'd be scared and intimidated and blown away by the grandness of all those ladies), and yes, oh yes, I love being alone.
