Real moms are winners

How about this--an iPod and chocolate for being a real mom. Sweet!

Write a Real Moms post (this was mine) and you could win a shiny prize. Get the lowdown--and get going; you have one week.

By the way: I did finish The Count of Monte Cristo. All 1400+ pages. And the next book club book. And I'll have to finish the next one, because Julie recommended it and because I'm hosting the meeting.

On a roll, people. ON A ROLL.

I have two photos in my Real Moms post, so I'll have to decide which one goes before submitting mine. :)

Congrats on your reading! I like Monte Cristo - no lack of drama.

I'm just in awe you finished that book. And a little nervous you will like the one I suggested. :)

Thanks for the heads-up on the real moms deal. I just did one so I'll go check it out.

The Count of Monte Cristo is AWESOME. Did you love it? LOOOVE it?

Good on you for reading the whole thing. The abridged versions are bogus.

Loved The Count of Monte Cristo. I read it for the first time in high school, and it's still my favorite book.

I'm an NPR car listener too, unless I have Jeff's truck and then I can listen to Sirius.

Have you seen the new This American Life series on Showtime? It's cool but it takes some adjusting to actually be able to see the people the stories are about instead of having to use your imagination.
I heart Ira Glass.
